Turn more inquiries
into booked customers.

Without hiring more staff.

We install the systems that answer every inquiry, follow up on their own, book the appointment, and stop opportunities falling through the cracks — so the job doesn't go to whoever called back first.

Start with the problem, not the product

Which of these is costing you the most right now?

Most owners don't wake up wanting software. They wake up knowing the phone rang while they were under a sink. Pick the one that sounds like your week — the technology underneath is our problem, not yours.

01Lead Response System

“We miss calls.”

Calls at night, on weekends, and while your crew is already on a job get answered, qualified, and booked instead of going to voicemail. Every missed call gets a text back in seconds, and the conversation keeps going until it's booked or it genuinely needs you.

02Lead Response System

“Leads come in and nothing happens.”

New inquiries get a reply immediately, not whenever someone gets back to the office. Nobody has to remember to chase anyone, and you stop losing jobs to the company that answered first.

03Follow-Up System

“Quotes go cold.”

Every quote tracks itself and chases itself — a follow-up at day 2, day 5, and day 10 without you touching it. Quotes stop dying in the seat of your truck.

04Follow-Up System

“We need more reviews.”

Happy customers get asked the day after the job. Unhappy ones get caught privately before they post. Replies get drafted in your voice for you to send.

05Custom Operations System

“Staff waste hours retyping the same information.”

The job that takes your office two hours a day — copying between systems, chasing paperwork, rekeying the same details — gets built into software that just does it.

06Custom Operations System

“Our systems don't talk to each other.”

The site, the CRM, the calendar, the invoicing, and the phones stop being six islands. One system, wired together, watched after launch so it keeps working on a Tuesday.

Three ways in

Three systems. Start with one.

You can hire us for one and grow into the rest. What we build underneath — sites, apps, custom software, CRM, AI assistants — is the mechanism, not the menu.

Lead Response System

For businesses that need more booked appointments.

  • Missed-call text-back
  • AI receptionist across voice, SMS, email and chat
  • Lead qualification
  • Booking straight onto your calendar
  • Basic CRM pipeline

Scoped on a call

Follow-Up System

For businesses that already get leads but lose them.

  • Quote follow-up
  • Abandoned-inquiry follow-up
  • Past-customer reactivation
  • Review requests
  • Pipeline automation

Scoped on a call

Custom Operations System

For businesses whose bottleneck is internal.

  • Apps and client portals
  • Internal tools and dashboards
  • Custom software built to your workflow
  • Multi-agent workflows
  • Enterprise implementation

Scoped per build

The problem

Most agencies sell you one thing. Your business runs on five.

01
The website agency hands you a site and walks away.

No CRM, no AI, no follow-up. The traffic lands; the leads disappear.

02
The CRM agency hands you a blank account and a video library.

Six months later you're still figuring out funnels while leads slip through.

03
The AI agency drops a chatbot in your sidebar and calls it transformation.

It doesn't know your services, doesn't book on your calendar, doesn't escalate to you.

04
And nobody is responsible for keeping it all running on Tuesday.

Sites go down, dependencies break, agents drift. Most agencies don't watch what they ship.

How it gets built

The mechanism underneath.

You don't have to pick from this list — that's our job. But if you want to see what the systems above are actually made of: design, engineering, custom software, CRM automation, AI assistants, and the operations patrol that keeps it running after launch.

Design + engineering

Custom Websites

Marketing sites, landing pages, brand sites, full Next.js builds — with 3D heroes when you want one and dependency patrol after launch.

  • Bespoke design + animation, not a template
  • Six 3D hero archetypes available — particles, parallax, morphing mesh, more
  • Daily uptime + dependency CVE patrol after launch
  • On-call updates and content swaps after the build
Proof

This site, aiassistlab.io, was built and is operated this way.

Mobile + web product

Custom Apps

Native iOS, Capacitor cross-platform, internal web tools — built, signed, and running on real devices, integrated with the rest of your stack.

  • Native iOS, Android via Capacitor, or web app
  • Backend, auth, billing, integrations all set up
  • TestFlight + App Store submission handled
  • Maintenance and feature work continues post-launch
Proof

Lullaby (AI sleep companion) and Iron Mind (strength training) are built and running on real devices via TestFlight.

CRM + automation

CRM & Automation

A full CRM rollout from eight production-tested configurations — lead capture, comms, pipeline, reputation, social, AI voice — configured to your business in days, not months.

  • Eight battle-tested configurations cover most service businesses
  • Funnel, inbox, pipeline, reviews, social, voice in one rollout
  • Stripe Connect, Google Calendar, A2P 10DLC, DNS — done for you
  • Cancel anytime — you keep the data and the underlying platform
Proof

We run our own agency on the same provisioning we hand you.

Voice + conversational

AI Team

Up to seven named AI agents — Sarah, Marcus, Priya, Alex, Diana, Jordan, Casey — answering your phones, qualifying leads, taking payments, day and night.

  • Reception, sales, onboarding, support, billing, account, after-hours
  • Voice, SMS, email, web chat, FB DM, IG DM — one stack
  • Escalates to a human only when escalation is real
  • Weekly performance dashboard, quarterly KB retraining
Proof

Sarah, our receptionist, picks up if you call us right now.

Brand + acquisition

Content & Creative

Direct-response Meta ads, IG carousels, hero reels, brand assets — generated in our content pipeline at production quality and brief-tested.

  • Direct-response Meta + Google ads
  • Instagram carousels and reels in your brand voice
  • Hero video + brand spots via image-to-video
  • Editorial-grade output, not generic AI poster
Proof

Sample carousels and reels generated for live AIL clients on request.

Reliability + security

Operations & Patrol

Daily uptime checks, weekly dependency CVE scans, security patrol across every property under our care — with a Telegram digest you can ignore until it matters.

  • Five-minute uptime ping across every property
  • Daily Claude-powered CVE summary in plain English
  • Weekly deep scan + remediation
  • Telegram digest summarises overnight — no noise
Proof

We patrol Lullaby, Iron Mind, this site, and every client property under management.

One service, in detail

The seven AI agents that come with the platform.

When you take the full stack, you get a named team — surnames, email signatures, escalation rules, the whole feel of a real seven-person agency. Available standalone or as part of a wider build.

How we work

Same four stages, whatever you hire us for.

A site, an app, a CRM rollout, an AI team — they all move through the same pipeline. We tell you up front what we're doing, when, and what we need from you.

01Day 1 — 45 minutes on a call

Discovery

We learn your business in the same level of detail an operations partner would. What you sell, who you sell to, where leads come from today, where they leak, what your sales motion actually looks like. We map every pain to a package and recommend the bundle that fits.

0210–30 days, depending on bundle

Build

We provision your operating system from a tested snapshot — funnel, inbox, pipeline, reviews, social, AI agents — then customise everything to your business. Branded assets, tone-of-voice training, KB ingestion, calendar OAuth, Stripe Connect, A2P 10DLC, DNS for your domain. You give us about two hours of your time, spread across the window.

03Days 28–30

Launch

We run an end-to-end test on every channel — inbound call, chat, SMS, email — and walk you through every screen of your dashboard live. Day 30 is when the AI team formally takes over your phones, and the human-in-the-loop training wheels come off.

04Ongoing — your AI team runs the business

Operate

Priya hands you to Jordan at day 30. Sarah and Casey answer the phone day and night. Marcus handles new inquiries. Diana keeps billing clean. The team flags edge cases to you, surfaces churn signals before they become cancellations, and gets retrained every quarter on real transcripts so it gets better, not worse.

Eat our own cooking

We run our own agency on the same stack we hand you.

The AI assistants that answer our phones, the follow-up that chases our own quotes, and the patrol that watches every property in our care are the same configuration we install for you. Lullaby and Iron Mind are real iOS apps we built and run on our own devices, made the same way. That's our proof today — our own operations, not a client logo wall we haven't earned yet.

Live properties under our care
  • aiassistlab.io — this site, built and patrolled by us
  • Lullaby — AI sleep companion (iOS, Capacitor)
  • Iron Mind — strength training app (native iOS)
  • AIAL agency itself — running the same 7-agent team we sell

If we wouldn't trust it for our own apps and our own agency, we wouldn't put your name on it.

Common questions

The questions people actually ask on the discovery call.

What does this actually cost?

Radar Leads, our prospecting product, is $199/month. A website build is $199 to $599 depending on tier. The Lead Response and Follow-Up systems are scoped on the call, because what you need depends on your call volume and what you already have — we'd rather quote you honestly than post a number that turns out to be wrong for your shop.

I already have a CRM. Do I have to replace it?

No. We sit on top of what you own and make it do the work you're currently doing by hand. Replacing a system your team already knows is usually the expensive way to solve the problem.

We're booked solid. Do we even need this?

Probably not more leads, no. When you're booked out the expensive problems are usually intake, scheduling the backlog, and keeping customers updated so they don't cancel. That's a different conversation, and we'll tell you if that's the one you should be having.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

You decide. By default the assistants introduce themselves by name like a real team. You can require AI disclosure if your industry calls for it, or keep a human in the loop for the first 30 days while you build trust with the responses.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Month-to-month, 30 days notice to cancel. If you cancel you keep your contacts, conversations, proposals, codebase, domains, and sub-account. We don't hold anything hostage.

How long does it take?

A focused CRM rollout is about two weeks. A full site plus CRM plus assistants is three to four weeks. A custom app is six to twelve weeks depending on scope. We need roughly two hours of your time a week.

What happens after launch?

Patrol takes over — uptime checks, daily dependency scan with a plain-English summary, weekly deep scan. If something breaks at 3am it usually gets caught and fixed before you notice.

Start a project

Fifteen minutes.
Honest answer.

We'll spend ten minutes understanding what you're building or trying to fix — site, app, CRM, AI team, all of the above. We'll spend the last five mapping that to a recommendation. If we're not the right team for the job, we'll say so.

What we need from you
Five minutes to fill the form. We'll text you back within an hour during business hours, or first thing in the morning otherwise.
What you walk away with
A scoped recommendation, a written rationale, and a delivery timeline if you want it. No proposal until you ask.
What we won't do
Quote you a template solution without understanding your business. Take work we're not going to do well.
Prefer to skip the form?

Sarah picks up email and SMS round the clock. She'll qualify and book the call.
